If you haven't heard yet, Microsoft is now admitting that it slowed down transfer speeds because of Windows 7 settings. The patch to this fix is contained on kb2581464 but you'll still have to tweak your registry.

For everyone else just wait until Microsoft deploys it via Windows Update. Hopefully everyone will now be please with their flash drives transfer speeds.

Play or pause a video: Pressing space bar will pause the currently running video and pressing space bar again will release (play) the video.
Volume up/ down: If you want to turn volume up or down when a video is playing, press up arrow to increase volume or down key to decrease volume of the videos.
Forward or Rewind a video: Pressing left key rewinds video 10% and right key forwards video 10%.
Skip through the video: If you do not like the starting of a video and want to skip the starting part or even want to jump over to half of the video, you can do so using keys 0 to 10. 0 being a shortcut to jump at the beginning of the video.

Remove a Bios Password

This is the easiest way to do it

1-The simplest way to remove a BIOS password is to simply remove the CMOS battery. A computer will remember its settings and keep the time even when it is turned off and unplugged because these parts are powered by small battery inside the computer called a CMOS battery. If we pull out this battery, the computer will forget a lot of its hardware settings, including its BIOS password.

2-You can use a bios password cracker, but chances are that this can take forever to crack. Link

3-The last step requires you boot into DOS and use DEBUG to corrupt the bios. On the reboot, the Bios will realize their is an error and resets everything to factory defaults, eliminating the password. Here are some helpful tips to make a usb bootable disk.
