The next time before you have a realtor sell your house, do your homework and see how well and how many houses the broker has sold. This is going to give you an idea the time of realtor you are going to rely on to buy or sell your home.

Tip

Go to google.com and type realtors name and at the end put Zillow this will give you the realtor feedback on how many homes they sold and in some cases will tell you the amount of money they made from selling them.

                       ex. Jane Smith Zillow

There are other sites you can use but this should give you a good idea on the persons sales techniques.
